With four children and a baby on the way, our mother was looking for a way to help support her family without having to leave home. It was then, after praying, that God showed her in a dream the idea of starting to bake bread.
Using ingredients bought on credit and homemade recipes passed down from her mother, she began by making small rosquillas that were sold door to door. What started with faith, hard work, and hope slowly grew into Panadería Monar.
Today, more than 36 years later, we continue baking with the same love, dedication, and purpose with which this family story began.
